Who We Are
Ivan Weaver Construction is a family-owned construction company rooted in the values of honesty, integrity, and dedication. Established in 1970, our company has grown from a small husband-and-wife operation into a reputable leader in the construction industry.
What We Do
We specialize in a wide range of construction services to meet any commercial, industrial, or institutional need. Our areas of expertise include:
New Building Construction: From concept to completion, we deliver high-quality, functional buildings.
Building Additions: Expanding and enhancing existing structures to meet growing needs.
Design-Build Construction
Design-build construction is a method where one team is responsible for both the design and construction of a project. With both sides working together from the start, projects can be streamlined to help it move along more quickly.
-
Design-build construction simplifies the process by having one team handle both the design and construction phases of a project. This means the owner works with a single point of contact, reducing the need for managing multiple contracts or coordinating between separate designers and builders.
-
With a single team managing both aspects of design and construction, there is less change of miscommunication or conflicting priorities than can arise when separate parties are involved. This integrated approach helps catch potential issues early and work to solve them quickly and effectively.
-
With one team handling the design and construction, there’s better coordination and fewer miscommunications, which can reduce mid-project changes that could drive up costs.
